The Business Development Manager at TRAIL-LINK plays a crucial role in soliciting new business and driving growth initiatives for the company. This position involves collaborating with current dealers to generate sales leads and expand the customer base across various sectors, including original equipment for prime mover vehicles and trailers, as well as engaging new fleets and resellers. Additionally, the manager will focus on encouraging the growth of existing customers, and key accounts, by introducing new products and expanding the product range. Responsibilities also include marketing activities such as developing marketing strategies, attending promotional events, and managing customer relationships through various communication channels.
As a pivotal “on the road” sales representative for TRAIL-LINK, the Business Development Manager will play a vital role in representing the company at industry and client meetings, necessitating a significant amount of travel. While travel is inherent to the position, TRAIL-LINK acknowledges the importance of achieving a balanced approach and will collaboratively determine the extent and duration of travel commitments. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s success by driving sales, nurturing customer relationships, and expanding market presence in conjunction with internal and external partners.
